Participate, acquire, finance, build and remodel housing projects in the public and private sectors, with a social philosophy and an intrinsic responsibility with the satisfaction of our clients and the contributions of our investors.

VISION

To be a point of reference in the generation of value for our clients (sale and rental) and investors with the integral model of construction in the state of Florida for the different types of housing, offering innovative financing strategies.

Objective: To meet the needs of families who lack their own home and don’t lose hope of having it, focusing the resources obtained on the construction and acquisition of new and used homes. Applying money reinvestment models, generating growth for the company and appreciation of its shares in general.

Additionally, part of the profits generated will be used to provide financing models to a market sector that does not qualify in traditional credit granting evaluations.

For this reason, we want to raise a fund through the CF regulation that will allow us to be able to finance this target group, with our internal evaluation and flexibility measures for loan authorization.
